Separated during an attempt to escape captivity, a pair of magical twins discover just how dangerously different they are when they meet again as adults.
ROLE
I was commissioned by MadCloud Comics to create and write We Are Not Monsters, an original one-shot comic featured in Issue #1 of MadFablez. We Are Not Monsters was originally developed with the intention of creating a complete volume of 3 issues, each 30-50 pages, but when budgets tightened, I reworked the first issue into a sharp, self-contained one-shot that hits hard and leaves people wanting more. I also co-developed the world and character designs with the artist from scratch!
