LOGLINE
After stopping her wellness-guru boss, Diane, from ending it all, loyal assistant Juni finds herself dragged along to her stint at a luxury rehab. There, the patients begin to drink Diane’s kool-aid and treat her as their personal messiah, instead of…well, another fellow patient. As Diane indulges in the spiral towards cult-leader territory, and ignores how blood-thirsty her devotees have quickly become, Juni’s faced with a choice impossible for most people pleaser’s: either to save Diane, again, or to finally choose herself.
ROLE
I was commissioned by Tyler Michael James at Ad Opus Productions to develop and write an original feature film from concept to final draft — my first original feature sale! They gave me full creative freedom and entrusted me to bring my vision to life from initial concept through to a final, polished, screenplay draft.
